JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 44DS

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44 Deck Saloon is the perfect marriage of design, technology and passion for the sea.

Built on the award winning hull of Philipe Briand, this hard chine design with bulb fin keel is so easy to sail, fast strong and above all responsive.

The cockpit is large and set out to provide plenty of comfortable seating that is uninterrupted by the sail handling as once the furling sails are out the boat is controlled from the winches set right back at the twin helms.

44 DS cockpit

The sugar scoop stern with teak inlay steps, boarding ladder and cockpit shower provides access to the sea.

A large cockpit table with space for a chart plotter, a 12v socket, lights and cool-box makes for a comfortable cockpit ideal for dining alfresco as well as providing hand and fork bracing when under way.

Flush hatches and elegant deck saloon windows give the yacht a low profile that almost belies its Deck Saloon pedigree.  However once below decks you instantly appreciate the light and views of the sea.

Deck Saloon models all have extra finish detail that sets them apart and the 41 DS is no exception.

As well as being practical and beautiful Jeanneau boats are also the most technically advanced sail boats in the world.

Injection fusion decks have zero emission helping protect the environment.

44 DS wood work

CNC cutting of the wood parts provide perfect fit components and keep waste to minimum levels.

44 DS hull drop

The 3G hull liners are laminated direct to the hull for strength while still providing access to the laminate, different strengths in high load and vulnerable areas create the best possible performance and total quality control from boat to boat.

Built with passion for people who love the sea, the 44DS from Jeanneau will take you up the coast to a favourable anchorage or across oceans to the worlds most beautiful countries so give us a call today and we can help your adventure start here.

    44 DS galley

To starboard the Corian stone work tops of the galley have a fold over counter top to reveal the stone sink, high quality mixer tap with removable shower head makeing rinsing plates or washing down easier.

The high capacity refrigerator is top and front loading and has a freezer for your ice cubes.  Stainless steel cooker and microwave oven options make on board catering easy and the optional wine fridge is also very popular!

    44 DS ches long

To port the chart table is aft facing and the settee has an angled cushion at the forward end to move a ches long perfect for reading or just relaxing.

    44 DS interior

The Saloon table can have a folding and turning top that is height adjustable, this allows for a big dining table, coffee table and a bed base for a saloon double berth.  Lots of wood, quality fabrics, stainless steel and leather detailing set the Deck Saloon range apart, Bose music systems and optional televisions make it a home from home experience.

    44 DS aft owners

The star of the show however is the master aft cabin suite.  A massive island bed with 5″ thick multi layer mattress takes centre stage.  Deep care lockers to either side and good sized wardrobes provide plenty of storage while multiple hull ports, windows and hatches provide light and ventilation.

    44 DS Heads

The head has doors to the cabin and saloon allowing you to use as a day head and then a private en suite.  Equipped with full size toilet, holding tank and power shower, this head is definitely in keeping with such a state room cabin.

The guest forward cabin is also en suite in the two cabin version.

In the three cabin version a two bunk beds cabin replaces the vanity units and the heads is shared between the forward and bunk cabins.
